You get from IST to the city center by the local taxis. The taxi-meter switch on price is 9,8 TL (11,27 TL for D segment turquoise and E segment luxury taxis) and 6,3 TL per kilometer (7,25 TL for D segment turquoise and E segment luxury taxis). There is no day and night difference.
